Ingredients for the cookie sandwich:
- 8 tablespoons of butter
- 1 spoon of vanilla
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 of a teaspoon of anise extract
Instructions:
- Mix the ingredients with your hands
- Crush it and spread the dough on the baking sheet
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 8 minutes
- Cut half of the cookie
- Place and peel off the aluminum foil
- Add a layer of different flavors or your favorite flavor of Helados La Neta
- Cover with the second half of the biscuit
- Freeze for 2 hours
